Ms. Thatcher has been an Associate at Finnerty, Canda & Drisgula since 2011. Ms. Thatcher received her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law – Newark in 2010.  Recently, Ms. Thatcher served as law clerk to the Honorable James J. Guida, J.S.C. in the Chancery Division, Family Part, Bergen County

Ms. Thatcher graduated with High Honors from Rutgers University in 2005, earning a B.A. in History. Before joining the firm, Ms. Thatcher was a Court appointed Special Advocate for abused and neglected children in Hudson County.  Ms. Thatcher was employed in sales and marketing prior to attending law school.

Ms. Thatcher has been a member of the New Jersey Bar Association since 2009 and the Bergen County Bar Association since 2010. Ms. Thatcher has been a member of the American Bar Association since 2008. Ms. Thatcher participates as a pupil in the Northern New Jersey Family Law Inns of Court.
