Ms. Canda is a partner in the firm of Finnerty, Canda, & Drisgula. Since joining the firm in January 2003 she has practiced solely in the area of family law specializing in high conflict cases involving child custody, relocation, support, equitable distribution, business valuation and other complex legal and financial issues.

In 1996 Ms. Canda received her J.D. from Rutgers University where she was the recipient of the Deborah Michael Richards Memorial Award for Excellence in Family Law. She has participated in the Family Law Inns of Court since 2003, she is a member of New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association. She has also lectured and written articles about New Jersey Family Law Issues. Ms. Canda received her B.A in English from Montclair State University. Ms. Canda has also been chosen by her peers as one of the top young Lawyers in New Jersey for 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009
